Phone: (614)233-4762

I have been fortunate to be able to combine my passion for business and industry with my passion for the courtroom to help my clients resolve the challenges they confront daily.

I have expanded my extensive experience defending construction defect, product liability and insurance coverage claims in the automobile, trucking and heavy equipment industries to representing businesses, financial institutions, manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and automobile, truck and heavy equipment dealers, as well as insurance companies, in both state and federal courts on matters ranging from product liability and insurance coverage issues to business and shareholder disputes to preparation of loan documents.

I regularly counsel, represent and defend clients on a wide variety of disputes, including contract issues, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, shareholder disputes, commercial foreclosures, business transfers and sales, succession planning, insurance coverage issues (including, using my computer experience as a programmer for IBM, coverage issues involving cybersecurity and data breaches) and employment and labor claims, including employment, service and accommodation discrimination, wrongful discharge and workers’ compensation retaliation claims. I have defended complex liability and coverage cases, class action suits, and wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.

With years of dispute resolution and courtroom experience, I have represented clients before state and federal agencies as well as in state and federal courts, and have successfully tried and settled claims and lawsuits involving millions of dollars for individuals, businesses, insurers and insureds.
