I have extensive courtroom experience in Ohio and California, having tried several dozen jury trials as well as hundreds of arbitrations and mediations. I am often a guest speaker and presenter at seminars on topics involving risk assessment, trial preparation, and current trends in the law involving civil litigation and the effect of those trends on clients' business practices, as well as in-house training to employee and management teams of our clients in an effort to reduce risk of exposure to lawsuits.
